This glorious view over the city of Manhattan was taken from the the observation deck of the Rockefeller Centre in New York City. Choosing to ride the elevator in the late afternoon, we were able to see Big Apple in daylight, sunset, and after dark with the city lights. If you want to do this, plan ahead as they have scheduled entry times to cope with tourists. This photo is looking south and yes that is the Chrysler Building sticking out in the middle.
